Flow – a new public art work by Joe Neeson, commissioned by Mayo County Council Arts Office for Pearse Street, Ballina will be officially launched on 9 July 2010.
The sculpture is 5 metres in height and constructed from stainless steel, copper, bronze and a special polyurethane resin.
